Get rid of analog setup and buy a good multieffects pedal? good idea? Pedals, Multieffects simulators

Hey Guys,

I was thinking to sell all my analog pedals and buy a very good multi effect processor like tc electronics g-system. Is that a good idea? Is there any one using this kind of processur?
